In 2022, I took a sabbatical to reflect on my next contributions and birth new projects, including the New Millennium Leader Academy, where I make the essence of the work I have been sharing for the last decades available and accessible to more people.

Many seeds that I planted during my sabbatical are being watered – keep watching this space to see them bloom into the world.

I continue to work with enlightened leaders and leadership teams in leading through complexity.

I work powerfully for the higher outcomes of the people, communities, and organisations I support and the positive impact they can have on society and the environment. My greatest ability is bringing people together and unleashing their intelligence, energy, and heart toward a shared purpose. I work with clients from vision and strategy to realising transformation.

Clients find it hard to describe me and why my work is so effective. Some say I am “a magic person you should meet.” Others describe my effectiveness as being amplified by the energy I bring. I bring intellectual rigour and robust experience to my work AND the work I have done on my own way of being and leading over many years is the X factor that amplifies the work we do together.

My message is simple: We can all be leaders. But we cannot effectively lead if we conform to ideas absorbed by our surroundings.

I work globally and invest as much time as a can in communion with nature – waterfalls, mountains, rivers, oceans, trees.

My primary residence is a mountain abode in a lush valley on the traditional land of the Yugambeh people in Australia.

In the Northern Hemisphere, I live at the foot of a sacred mountain in Europe.
