In 2022, I took a sabbatical to reflect and birth new projects, including the New Millennium Leader Academy, where I make the essence of the work I have been sharing for the last decades available and accessible to more people. 

Many seeds that I planted during my sabbatical are being watered – keep watching this space to see them bloom.

I continue to work with enlightened leaders to lead with wisdom in complex environments. 

I work with these leaders and their teams as a transformation strategist, helping them develop themselves as well as the visions, strategies, and cultures that enable positive forward momentum.

I work powerfully for the higher outcomes of the people, communities, and organisations I support and the impact they can have on society and the environment. My greatest ability is bringing people together and unleashing their intelligence, energy, and heart toward a shared purpose.  

Clients often struggle to articulate why my work is so effective. Some say I am “a magic person you should meet.” Others describe my effectiveness as being amplified by the positive energy I bring. My work is supported by intellectual rigour and robust experience AND the intensive and ongoing inner evolution I have committed my life to. This is the X factor that amplifies the work we do together.

I created New Millennium Leader – The Academy to help more people access the insights and practices that impacted the people I worked with for 25+ years.

Many personal, leadership and team development programs preach outdated ideas that limit people’s potential.

I am a sought-after speaker, sharing the stage with world luminaries and Fortune 500 CEOs.

My message is simple: We can all be leaders. But we cannot effectively lead if we conform to ideas absorbed by our surroundings.

I work globally and invest as much time as a can in communion with nature – waterfalls, mountains, rivers, oceans, trees.

My primary residence is a mountain abode in a lush valley on the traditional land of the Yugambeh people in Australia.

In the Northern Hemisphere, I live at the foot of a sacred mountain in Abruzzo, Italy.
