Welcome to the New Millennium Leader Academy – where self-actualising humans and teams access transformation and empowerment.
Many leadership, personal and team development programs preach outdated ideas that limit leadership potential.
Other programs promote new-age ideas that are too shallow or ungrounded to create meaningful change.
The Academy is pragmatic and deeply rooted in authenticity. It’s ancient wisdom in its purest form to align you with your unique path.

How does the Academy work?
- The Foundation Series. You will begin with Self-Authoring to identify and overcome your current limitations. This lays the foundation to live with fuller self-expression.
- Self-Transforming. After completing The Foundation Series, you will be supported in ongoing self-transformation, unlocking your potential for and leading with power, presence and peace through complexity and turbulence.
- Self-Authoring for Teams. Liberate your potential for clarity, collaboration, and kindness as team or community. All the team development you will ever need to elevate the ways of working and consciousness of your team.
- Ongoing interactive experience with Alison. Alison creates experiences and opportunities based on your questions with guidance on applying the material in your unique context.
- Easy to navigate member-only site. Unique video immersions are complemented by reflection activities, guided meditations, workbooks and written guidance.
Is the academy right for me?
You do NOT need to be in a formal leadership role to join the program. A fundamental New Millennium Leadership principle is that everyone can awaken their purpose and live their self-leadership potential.

After completing The Foundation Series (Self-Authoring), you are invited to join the heart of The Academy experience: Self-Transforming.
Self-Transforming is unique because we create new experiences to meet our participants’ needs.
Every month, Alison collates and answers questions in writing or through video or audio updates.
Additionally, within Self-Transforming, you can work through a rich foundational curriculum of experiences in a way that is right for you (see below).
As a participant in Self-Transforming, you will also receive a copy of the book Leadership for the New Millennium. And you will be first to access invitation-only retreats, events, and experiences.
